Team Leaders work with the Program Director and additional staff throughout a specific local community often within close proximity to a military installation. The Team’s Mission is to build local groups of active duty, Veterans and Civilian supporters devoted to giving back at the local community level. You will do this while creating a welcoming community where these individuals from different walks of life can relax, have fun, affect others and be accepted around a shared purpose.

The Teams are semi-autonomous chapters all working independently as well as in conjunction with each other in support of the worldwide Operation Supply Drop (OSD) mission of supporting veterans. Teams are self reliant and come up with interesting and beneficial “Mandatory Fun” events that engage their chapter team members, local veterans, civilian supporters, and their community as a whole. Teams work closely with local businesses, organizations and companies to help with growth and sustainability. Teams also create active and engaged communities online through social media. Each Team is different, made up and directed by individuals maintaining the consistent message of OSD.
