‘Supply Drop’ Delivers Morale Boost to Soldiers Overseas

MILLINGTON, TENNESSEE & AUSTIN, TEXAS (March 30, 2018) /For immediate release/ — Deployed from Millington, Tennessee to Afghanistan the 441 ENCo is an Engineer Route Clearance Company. Away from the comforts of home, the days are long and the work is hard.

Soldiers found themselves missing home and needed something to help take their mind off the deployment. SPC John H. said, “We could use this Supply Drop to boost morale.”

OSD was there with a Supply Drop to help out.

These troops are now enjoying games, coffee and other supplies from generous donors including Starbucks, Microsoft, Disgruntled Decks, FanDuel, GAEMS and other key OSD partners.

OSD’s “Supply Drop” program has impacted hundreds of thousands of active military personnel in scores of locations around the globe. These Soldiers will return home in the early Fall as members of OSD’s Southeast Region, leading and participating in social, professional and service events within Tennessee.
