‘Supply Drop’ Delivers Gaming Equipment to Airmen in Need of Entertainment

GLENDALE, ARIZONA & AUSTIN, TEXAS (March 14, 2018) /For immediate release/ —   Airmen from the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing at Luke AFB recently deployed to the Middle East to build a new fire station. These Airmen love gaming and wanted a way to let off steam after a long day of work. Unfortunately, entertainment of any sort was hard to come by at their location.

Senior Airman Chase A said, “Our unit has been working hard to build this new fire station and now that we have completed it, we could use some entertainment to help us relax.”

OSD Supply Drop was there to help out.

These troops are now enjoying games, coffee and other supplies from generous donors including Starbucks, Microsoft, Disgruntled Decks, FanDuel, GAEMS and other key OSD partners.

OSD’s “Supply Drop” program has impacted hundreds of thousands of active military personnel in scores of locations around the globe. These Airmen will return home in the early Fall as members of OSD’s Southwest Region, leading and participating in social, professional and service events within the Phoenix Chapter.
