AUSTIN, TEXAS & SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (MARCH 11, 2018) /For immediate release/ — OSD’s commitment to impact and readiness reaches new heights after earning national certification as “Veteran-Ready” by PsychArmor Institute. This certification is made possible by the generous efforts of the Bob Woodruff Foundation.
Marjorie Morrison, CEO & Founder of PsychArmor Institute stated, “PsychArmor is proud to partner with OSD and provide educational resources for their team and volunteers to help improve the communication with the Service Members and Veterans they support. Glenn Banton, CEO & Executive Director of OSD, added, “We are honored to have this certification as ‘Veteran-Ready’ and share the higher purpose with PsychArmor to serve the military community. I am thankful to OSD’s leadership team for their quick action and attentiveness to increased readiness for those we’re committed to serving.”

Courses include “15 Things Veterans Want You To Know,” “Invisible Wounds of War at Home” Series, and “How to be a Mental Healthcare Advocate.”
