Operation Supply Drop Partnership with GameStop Soars

Operation Supply Drop by default has a relationship with GameStop beginning nearly the day of founding back in 2010.  We ship hundreds of thousands of games to troops within our supply drop programs and GameStop provided a place to buy these games.  As Operation Supply Drop continued to grow, so did the relationship with GameStop and this year Operation Supply Drop was named their charity partner for the annual GameStop Managers Meeting and Expo in Anaheim, California.
Operation Supply Drop and GameStop’s multi-year partnership continues to grow using GameStop Expo as opportunity to impact more service members and veterans
The event provided an opportunity for 100s of GameStop manager to bring games with them to donate onsite as well sign thank you cards which we include within our video game care packages.  They came through in a big way to support our troops, donating over $20,000 in games & gear at this event.

At this point, we could not be more pleased, but GameStop went even further by providing tickets for dozens of area veterans to attend the expo, through our partnership with VETTIX. This really drove home why Operation Supply Drop exists and provided memories for both the veterans and the GameStop staff showing them a great weekend.
1stSgt Webb, USMC (Ret) could not have said it better, “Thank you Vet Tix and Operation Supply Drop for the tickets to the GameStop Expo. I have never been to anything like that and it was incredible! We had some issues getting the tickets when we first got there but your response team took over and it was resolved in record time! Thank you again, for all you do for us (veterans).”
