Fort Hood Soldiers in Need of Entertainment Recieve OSD ‘Supply Drop’

KILLEEN, TEXAS & AUSTIN, TEXAS (July 7, 2018) /For immediate release/ —  The Regimental Engineer Squadron, 3d Cavalry Regiment is deployed from Fort Hood to Iraq. They are tasked with route clearance missions and fire base support. Their work often takes them away from the FOB, leaving them with little to do in their downtime. Boredom leads to missing home and morale takes a hit.

SPC Wilfredo M explained, “We have route clearance missions that put us away from the FOB for a week or two at a time. I believe that our morale would greatly improve if we have some entertainment to pass what little free time we have.”
