FanDuel “Duel for a Difference” Contest in Partnership with We Are the Mighty Raises over $40,000 for Veterans

AUSTIN, TEXAS & NEW YORK, NY, November 20, 2017 /For immediate release/ — Two week long FanDuel “Duel for a Difference” Contest in partnership with We Are the Mighty celebrates Veterans Day raising over $40,000 for OSD (Operation Supply Drop).


The contest ran for two consecutive weekends spanning Veterans Day, with 100% of the $3 entry fees donated to OSD. Players came out in force for the opportunity to win prizes as well as to earn OSD shirts and stickers while supporting our heroes.

Jeff Forvour, Senior Manager of Promotions at FanDuel, said, “We love working with OSD to show appreciation for the military community. Our players were absolutely thrilled to take part in the charity contests we ran along with OSD for Veterans Day, and we were able to raise over $40,000 for the troops. Looking forward to planning the next campaign!”
