Air Force Combat Communication Squadron Deployed to Middle East to Relax and Unwind with OSD “Supply Drop”
SPOKANE, WASHINGTON & AUSTIN, TEXAS (February 28, 2018) /For immediate release/ — Airmen from Fairchild Air Force, currently deployed to an undisclosed location in the Middle East, supporting ongoing combat operations in the region will soon have an noticeable uptick in their morale thanks to support from OSD’s “Supply Drop” program.
United States Air Force MSGT Shawn W. said, “We are a Combat Communication Squadron that is currently deployed in an undisclosed location in the Middle East. Gaming is a way for us to unwind and relax. This would really be cool to help my troops out!”
OSD Global Community Operations Director, Scott Morrison, stated, “I know first-hand that down time can be quite taxing on unit cohesion and morale. OSD is proud to support these Airmen through their deployment.”
