386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Deployed to Kuwait Get Morale Boost from OSD Supply Drop
Airmen of the 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron are deployed from Niagara Fall Air Reserve Station to Kuwait. They wok in Air Freight, so they are daily exposed to the elements. Often, they are dealing with less than ideal conditions.
Master Sergeant Nathaniel O. explained, “We are currently working in air freight in less than ideal conditions. When it’s hot, it’s HOT. When it rains, it FLOODS.
Additionally, the hours are long and there is little time off. These Airmen needed something to lift their spirits. Master Sergeant Nathaniel continued, “I am looking for a morale boost for my fellow Airmen. We work long hours with little time off.”
We were happy to send an OSD Supply Drop their way.
OSD’s “Supply Drop” program has impacted hundreds of thousands of active military personnel in scores of locations around the globe. These Airmen will return home in the Spring as members of OSD’s Northeast Region, leading and participating in social, professional and service events within New York.
